Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Picklr app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Picklr.
1. Who can use Picklr
You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Use your real name or a name your league mates know you by — impersonating someone else isn't allowed.
2. The service
Picklr lets you create and join pickleball leagues, log match results, track ratings (PR), message league members, and run tournaments. Ratings are computed by our algorithms and exist for fun and bragging rights; we may adjust, recalculate, or reset them (for example, between seasons or to correct errors or manipulation). League owners can manage their leagues, including renaming them, managing members, and ending seasons.
3. Your content and conduct
You own the content you post (messages, names, match records). By posting it, you give us permission to store and display it to the people it's intended for — that's how the app works.
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, or abuse other users, or post content that is hateful, obscene, or illegal;
- log fake matches or otherwise manipulate ratings;
- spam, impersonate others, or misuse invite codes;
- attempt to break, probe, or overload the service or access data that isn't yours.
Picklr includes tools to report messages and users and to block users. We review reports and may remove content, void manipulated matches, or suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms — with or without notice. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
4. Leagues are communities
League owners and moderators can remove members from their leagues. Match records involving multiple players belong to the league's shared history: if you leave a league or delete your account, matches you played remain in your league mates' records, disconnected from your account (see our Privacy Policy).
5. Ending your use
You can stop using Picklr and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service or its users.
6. Disclaimers
Picklr is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that ratings will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Picklr and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use Picklr (currently: zero).
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use Picklr after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
